As delicious as they are jaw dropping, you know a Picky Bits spread when you see one!

We have been working hard to provide options to cater for a range of budgets. Our buffet menus have a minimum spend of £400 on food. So if it is a smaller spread you require then please head over to the website shop to browse our grazing boxes & platters!

Once you have taken a look at the food on offer for your spread, you now have two options to choose from:

1. A BOXED UP BUFFET DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR 

Our drivers will deliver your beautifully presented boxed buffet displayed upon disposable platters and dishes for you to lay out on your table or surface yourselves. Just remove food from their boxes and containers.  

Delivery fee may apply dependent on your location and time of delivery. Collection is also available.  

In line with food safety regulations food must either be consumed or disposed of within 4 hours of being removed from a refrigerated environment.   

We do not loan out any serving equipment with this option.

2. PICKY BITS SET UP: ADDITIONAL CHARGE £175  

Leave it all to us! Our team will deliver the food to your chosen location and set up style your table or surface complete with all of our stylish serving equipment and boards, and any necessary props and florals.  

Full set up takes can take between 1.5-2 hours depending on the event size.  

Fee includes overnight equipment hire & collection and cleaning post event. Locations over 5 miles will incur an additional charge for collection or you can return to our HQ in Epsom within 3 days.  

We provide white disposable tablecloths if required and you will need to arrange your own plates, napkins and cutlery if necessary for your menu. 

You must provide a table or surface away from direct sunlight ideally inside to avoid any pests.  

We ask that any pets that may be attracted to the strong smells of food be kept away from the set-up space.

HOW TO SECURE YOUR DATE 

To secure your date all we need from you are your venue details, set up time and a deposit payment of £150 to confirm your date and time.  

We appreciate that you may not always know exactly how many you are catering for and what food you would like if you are making plans for your event way in advance. That’s why we are happy to finalise the finer details at 21 days before your event date.  

Remaining balances must be settled 21 days before your event date.
