Full payments for Picky Bits boxes and platters must be made in advance. Purchases on boxes are non refundable. For necessary date changes we will be as flexible as we can with at least 48 hours notice. This is also subject to availability.
Date change requests with less than 48 hours may incur a fee.
Deposits are required to secure bookings for our buffet menu service and our set ups.
While we are happy to pencil you in until you come back to us, we cannot hold dates without a deposit payment to secure.
We do not offer refunds unless in a situation where the Government put restrictions in place resulting in your event or celebration not being able to go ahead.
If for any reason you are not happy with your picky bits product we will need to be notified within two hours from your delivery or collection point.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods.
Evidence may be required to proceed with either a replacement or refund.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Changes to your order can be made up to one week before your order date.
PICKY BITS PRODUCE
We order produce and supplies twice per week and also work with a range of independent local suppliers. This means that from time to time the products you see in the boxes may vary. The photo you see on the product page is the best possible example to describe the product you are buying, but we cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same.

FOOD STORAGE AND HANDLING
Your box or platter should be kept refrigerated before you enjoy, and we recommend removing around 15 minutes beforehand to eat at the perfect temperature.
In line with UK food safety regulations, food should be consumed or disposed of within 4 hours of removing from the fridge. Picky Bits cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions to foods consumed after this time frame.
Food should be served in a cool environment and away from sunlight.
We must be made aware of any allergens or intolerances in advance so that we can do our very best to accommodate.
We operate in a kitchen filled with a variety of ingredients, so while every care will be taken to avoid cross contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that our products would not contain traces of the following;
Celery, crustaceans, dairy, eggs, fish, gluten, molluscs, mustard, nuts, sesame, seeds, soy.
It is the customers responsibility to provide us with their correct delivery address or address of recipient. We cannot take responsibility for any boxes taken in at incorrect addresses provided to us. If there is no answer at the door during the given delivery times, the driver will try the phone number provided before returning your order to HQ where it will be available for collection only. Additional deliveries will need to be rebooked subject to availability. We try to avoid leaving anything on your doorstep.
